Why don’t doctors tell women whose thyroid is dying to stop eating estrogen? It’s so sad, I try to help my massage clients and give them diet advice also but they don’t listen because I’m not a doctor. By doing my own research I know more about nutrition and actually offer them advice to control or reverse their health problems because it’s all connected to the pain they’re feeling. They just don’t get it. I’ve had two morbidly obese clients recently try to tell me that raw cows milk is healthy for humans, and one whose thyroid is virtually gone. Where do they get these ideas?
No alternative milks were available at a cafe back then and only one available in the health supermarkets, I never talked about it as people said what about my bones, because I avoided anything with milk in it I was very misunderstood for it. Point is when you firmly believe in a truth because you know it to be tight stick to it, don't worry about others negative opinions and let them be, I'm 44 now.

Long story short you need to avoid Eggs, Dairy, Gluten, Soy, Corn and Canola oil. Lots of fruits and veggies. Nuts and seeds. Rice and beans. A clean vegan diet with dulse seaweed for iodine. Make sure to supplement with Methyl B12 and some beautiful herbs are Cats Claw & Aswagandha (I have Hashis Thyroiditis) and lastly juice organic celery and drink 12-16 ounces every morning 30 minutes before breakfast. An amazing way to heal the body.
Dalym blocks the absorption of iodine which protects the thyroid. It says it in the video. You need to avoid these if you have a thyroid condition. Doesn’t necessarily apply if you’re perfectly healthy
