MANISHA DEVI search pharmD PB colleges in india on google, visit their private websites. Each college conducts some kind of test for filling these seats.. many universities provide this course.. just visit their website
Pharm.D, is such a Degree where Core subject is Pharmacotherapy .
to derive Best therapeutic outcome using all resources, to obtain maximum benefit to the patient with minimal adverse effects . that's it.
Please read the Sentence carefully ,firstly M.D is first professional Doctoral Degree program in Pakistan , Philippines, Etc it is not a speciality degree like MD medicine in India,
secondly if you do 5 years of MD program in pakisthan which is equivalent to MBBS , Pakistan is not Accredited by MCi board, even if you managed to do so. you have to clear FMGE FROM MCI BOARD then 1 year of internship program in any MCi recognized Indian hospital . total duration is 6 years . Pakistan is not mci recognized . so my answer is clear you can Do MBBS not MD .
don't confuse, many countries like Philippines, MD is first professional doctoral degree program like MBBS IN India. Ukraine 4 years of MBBS for Pharm.D then clearing fmge and 1 year of internship. Russia same thing.Singapore it is 5 1/2 years. MD is not Indian MD program , it is abroad MD program which is equivalent to our MBBS that's it.
MD is Master Degree program in India, where minimum qualification is MBBS,where as in abroad MD First professional Doctoral degree program for eg Philippines, eligibility for MD program in abroad, is puc 50 % in pcb, 4 years degree after returning to india one should clear FMGE conducted by MCI then 1 year of internship after receiving MCI reg No. totally 5 years if evertything goes right. for US - 2 yrs PRE medical program, MCAT then 4 years degree then 3 years Residency program totally around 9-10 yrs .
d pharm and PHARMD are different.. you will only get doctoral degree after completing PHARMD.
6 year course after HSC (12th) or
6 year course PHARMD after d.pharm.
bpharm (4 years) + pharmD PB (3 years course )
please remember, the eligibility criteria for PHARMD is -
u should have completed 12th std or diploma in pharmacy from recognized institute.. then you have to study for further 6 years to complete doctoral degree.
and for PHARM D POST BACCALAUREATE is
bpharm pass student.
please share to everyone.😊
Community pharmacists are the health professionals most accessible to the public. They supply medicines in accordance with a prescription or, when legally permitted, sell them without a prescription. In addition to ensuring an accurate supply of appropriate products, their professional activities also cover counselling of patients at the time of dispensing of prescription and non-prescription drugs, drug information to health professionals, patients and the general public, and participation in health-promotion programmes. They maintain links with other health professionals in primary health care.
