Hello, I've been watching your videos from some time now, I wanted to ask a question. Imagine a scenario where I'm selling a product to my client and in the end the client says "i already have something like this.". Then what should I say so that the client takes my product.

NM, my question to you is why not open the conversation by asking the client what they're currently using that is similar to your product so you're NOT surprised at the end with the "I already have something like this." Once I knew what the client was using, I would immediately know (a) the difference between my product and the one they are using and (b) how to 'approach the sale' by asking them questions that would lead them to my solution. Example: Mr. Client, how important is it for you to have X (let's say the ability to generate a report)? Client: Very important. You: Today, your solution doesn't offer that but with our product you can now generate X, Y and Z reports which will help do A, B and C to run your business more effectively.

N M I believe that you could have asked him if there are some problem you're facing by using your current product so that you want to replace it with anthor or you could also ask what makes you want to change the product you own already then take the weakness point and turn it to good features in the product you wanna promot.
