-75g vivo perform protein
-1L soy milk
-100g ground flax seeds
-500g mixed berries
-400g uncooked brown rice
-1500g cooked pinto beans
-500g Red pepper
-250g sweet corn
-3 cloves garlic
-1 chilli pepper
-1250g sweet potato
-1kg chopped tomatoes
-400ml coconut milk
-1kg cooked red lentils
-1.5 tbsp ground cumin
-1.5 tbsp ground coriander/cilantro
-1 tbsp turmeric
-1/2 tbsp paprika powder
-1/2 tbsp black pepper
Once it is boiling, let it cook on low to medium heat for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.

Damn that looks like a huge amount of calories and carbs but i gues for you its to get leaner. Great video but to to usefull for me as im at the point im so unhealthy i can barely work out, so trying some more sedentary stuff for now. Lost 30kg via keto / low carb and swiming , wana loose 30kg more but sadly right now my budget and time dont leave much room for that.
I appreciate your page. I have heard so many people doubting that Vegans can gain muscle mass and have no source of gain food. I'm going to continue my vegan muscle gain journey. Thanks for proving it's possible!
There are 3 components to weight loss - exercise, diet, and motivation.

Hi Jon, I have some points that where I disagree with you.
First of all, thank you for that video, I have been using that food prep method now for several times.
The Problem: Beans, rice (brown rice less than white rice) and lentils are making you extremely sleepy. So let's say you work out after the first meal, and you do your job after the second meal, you will be so tired that you want to go to sleep and have a bad performance. I have tested that now with several people and they all have a strange urge to sleep after that meal. Maybe you have another explanation for that, but I just had that since I started to use your food prep.

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "whats a good diet plan to lose weight fast" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Reyvery Monrayden Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.
My first time to your channel. I must say Im _very_ impressed with your editing, presentation and information used. You took the time to attack this from all sides, considering minerals and vitamins that you need, costing of the products, and preparation of meals and storage. I recently started a plant based diet in desperation to rid my acne. Before I started, I was already eating oats for breakfast and keeping breads, sugar and dairy to a minimum. I sort of started eating plant based out of desperation and frustration, but I must say I already feel better and my skin has improved slightly already, even though its only been a few days.

PLEASE PLEASE don't lie and say soy doesn't effect your hormones, are you a woman? My breasts swell up HUGE 2 sizes larger and hurt constantly, and I get ultra moody, if I have soy... then if I have soy regularly and quit... my breasts deflate and I gain weight!! YES is does increase estrogen!! Lord have mercy.... you totally discredited yourself... countless people have experienced it's ill effects, thats why even vegan experts say to only have fermented soy products...
Understand that flax seed is an Ala omega 3, not a DHA or EPA. It's very misleading to say the highest concentration of omega 3, because the body has to break down ALA and transfer it into DHA. DHA is what you need the most for your brain, it's also the most efficient way to absorb. Anywhere between 1 to 9% is the conversion rate, you would go over your calories just trying to convert enough ALA to DHA. For women it's it's different, they absord ALA way better than men, in part to their estrogen. Eat salmon in small doses.

Whit the over night oats you can use a 1 liter glass jar I cannot find any info over how big it needed to be so I tested it and a glass jar between 0,8 and 1 liter will work just fine
(I used the exact measurements as thy used in the video)
