Have you ever come across - Reyvery Monrayden Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.

My first time to your channel. I must say Im _very_ impressed with your editing, presentation and information used. You took the time to attack this from all sides, considering minerals and vitamins that you need, costing of the products, and preparation of meals and storage. I recently started a plant based diet in desperation to rid my acne. Before I started, I was already eating oats for breakfast and keeping breads, sugar and dairy to a minimum. I sort of started eating plant based out of desperation and frustration, but I must say I already feel better and my skin has improved slightly already, even though its only been a few days. Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it and I will definitely be subscribing.

PLEASE PLEASE don't lie and say soy doesn't effect your hormones, are you a woman? My breasts swell up HUGE 2 sizes larger and hurt constantly, and I get ultra moody, if I have soy... then if I have soy regularly and quit... my breasts deflate and I gain weight!! YES is does increase estrogen!! Lord have mercy.... you totally discredited yourself... countless people have experienced it's ill effects, thats why even vegan experts say to only have fermented soy products...

Understand that flax seed is an Ala omega 3, not a DHA or EPA. It's very misleading to say the highest concentration of omega 3, because the body has to break down ALA and transfer it into DHA. DHA is what you need the most for your brain, it's also the most efficient way to absorb. Anywhere between 1 to 9% is the conversion rate, you would go over your calories just trying to convert enough ALA to DHA. For women it's it's different, they absord ALA way better than men, in part to their estrogen. Eat salmon in small doses.

Whit the over night oats you can use a 1 liter glass jar I cannot find any info over how big it needed to be so I tested it and a glass jar between 0,8 and 1 liter will work just fine (I used the exact measurements as thy used in the video)

I made everything and ate the breakfast jar, which was so yummy! And then the burrito bowl for lunch, which was SO good but then I started getting the worst gas pains and was at work and kept going to the bathroom cause I was worried I was going to Shat my drawers!!! Seriously. Does that mean I need to drink more water? I was too scared to eat the dinner. I’m eating that tonight but good lord! I was hurtin fer certin!

Just sayin: Imho the high omega 3 amount of flaxseed doesn't matter because ALA studies are still not clear about its health benefits and claims that the body automatically converts ALA to the amount of EHA/DPA it needs aren't really true. There are a lot more studies which pretty much prove that Omega 3 oils which are rich in EHA/DPA have those health benefits though. I'd suggest for non-vegans to replace flaxseeds with high quality fish oil instead. ;) Other than that: Nice meal preps of which I surely will try out some next week. As you said easy for vegetarians or meat eaters to just add some extra stuff to it or simply replace an ingredient.

it creeps the shit out of me the "frying with water" thing. Mix all the veggies and spices and oven, 200°C, 20 minutes. Your palate will appreciate the difference, and anybody who gets into a diet such a this for the first time, needs the palate to be on the team or it will retaliate. And honestly, if your fat macro is low, why dont use a bit a olive oil to cook, and substitute the full fat coconut milk for a plain one, or even better, for some greek yogurt?. besides that... how many fridge do you have to have in order to keep 14 tupperwares of that size? the banana will be brown and gross in hours, and I dont even wanna think in all the nutrients that goes to hell with the oxidation of some of those ingredients after a few days. Do you wanna cook something in advance and keep it for quick meals? this is my profesional tip (Im a chef): save shitloads of money on the long term buying your own beans, lentils and so on. Also, if you are going to buy canned goods, be aware of the extra salt/sugar and bullshit that any precook food takes with it. You can freeze it into zipbags, by portions. as flat as possible, and you'll get it defrosted overnight or with some running water in minutes. same goes for the mexican salsa. Grab some pasata (or organic tomato sauce, canned chopped tomatoes or similar), put it on the blender with: cumin dust, fresh garlic, fresh coriander, black pepper, fresh chili (or chili dust), and you'll get yourself something similar, without a lot of unwanted extras. Once said that, I think its the hell of a job of video and really interesting, just trying to add my grain of sand from a cooking perspective. Thanks.

That's impossible. Vegetables go off after two to three days in the fridge. Iff you open that container after four days of being in the fridge it's going stink like hell. This is very misleading. No way can you eat food like that that's been in the fridge for a week.

If you use uncooked Red Lentils you still can be lazy. The whole meal cooks for at least 20 minutes and thats totally enough for Red Lentils to be cooked and good. Tired your meal with them out myself. ;-)

Everyone says I'm taking in way too many carbs (especially if I want to lose weight faster). What's your opinion on putting your body into ketosis. A lot of friends are losing weight with this meal, but it doesn't seem healthy and I suspect they won't be able to maintain a diet with less than 20 grams of carbs per day. Thanks in advance for your assistance. My personal goal is to lose 65 pounds in 7 months.

Hey Jon, is it imperative that I eat three meals during the 8 hour window, or can I make the portions smaller and eat 5 or 6 meals during that window? I am curious because it seems like eating the massive tofu curry meal here, about 2 hrs before bed might hamper fat loss. What do you think?
