Well rest of he world has grown up with the truth that USA is run by greedy pigs who do just about anything to fulfill their greedy desires and have become no 1 reason for spreading terrorism in the world since ww2.
Trump has been misrepresented in this video. He lowered tax rates. Economy is booming thanks to Trump, while Refugee crime and Terrorism is on the rise. GDP Growth is 3%+ now in the US. And socialism is evil. Even Hitler was a socialist... Including the demoKKKrats in America.
The reason for the huge trade deficit btw Germany and the USA are not unfair trade regulations, but better and more competitive products the Germans build. The last time I bought an American product was Jeep...which was basically a piece of junk.
Least Corruption: Germany
Fairest employment laws: Germany
Social HealthCare: Germany
Least Unemployment: Germany
Economic Growth: Germany
School System: Germany
Least Wage inequality: Germany
Prison rehab. System: Germany
Least crime Germany
Your Point is 100% factually correct
Does population effect these factors? Certainly it is harder to manage a high and equally distributed quality of life for a country of 300 million (US) than a country of 80 million (Germany). Took one economics course in uni so i am far from an expert, but seems like common sense. Correct me if im wrong.
Yeah we should take a page out of Germany's book. letting in a overwhelmingly large group of fighting age men.Lets see what happens to Germany. Its funny how you gloss over that real fast. let's see what happens. I'd much rather be here in the Great USA.
Hahaha stupid patriotic muricans think Europe consists of corrupt countries? Like your states are doing so well. California, Texas and New York are the only states that matter, the rest of the top 10 is easy comparable to Europe Countries and the other 40 states are just complete crap. e.g. West Virginia is bigger than the Netherlands but has 10 times fewer money. America is the land of the corrupt please stay the f out of Europe's business.
This a unfair comparison! You forget that the Germans work far less hours than the average american! And stil have a good life.
And compare to China the USA is already fully developed while China is not, they still have to make up for the lack of development.
Well im from Germany and i has to say that aything in this video is right. We got an social system for everyone, even the poorest people have acces to high medical treatment. And if your jobless, you get a little bit money, so you can live at lifeminimum. But on the otherside, the financiel help for Jobless is very atractive to refugees, and Germany has a Problem becaus any Refugee get more financiel Help then the Poorest people, who really need it. The whole problem is, that Germany never can know, which Refugee come to Germany because of War and other crisis, or just to get the financel help, that only get the poorest.
But something you didnt find in Germany, is for example, that a little Child in age of 10 years, run a lemonade stand. Because in Germany it would be illigal that someone under the age of 18 gains money, and even if the girl would be 18, it has to pay so much for taxes and licenses that it has to pay more in the end then what she will gain. So here in Germany no one could simply start a buisness or something. We neeeeeed to do a lot of paper work and a lot of money...
Now decide what you would like to have: A social insurance System or the Freedom to start a buisness whenever and whereever you want, without the taxes (which are for the social insurances) and other things like paper work ?
btw i grow up and live in germany.
@ us citizens:
germany is a capitalist nation with a better support for the very poor. we are NOT socialist or communists.
i think germans are just more carefull but efficient. the average german also doesnt care about national-proud and religion. they just make little steps but safe and strong forward.
and you feel freedom living in germany. the goverment is pretty stable and changes are very slow ( in a good or bad way), but thats important for investors.
usa seems to make more risky and radical steps (can be good sometimes, but i am not sure about the very long run).
every nation has its own problem, but i get the impression that the us citizen is easier to manipulate using national-proud and religion.
and trump is a worst case example for breaking deals and changing laws. this maybe scares new investors.
and about make usa great again:
i think, usa was so great after the WWII because europe was completly damaged and many smart people emmigrated to the us (einstein, braun etc.).
europe needed time to grow again.
but 100 years ago before WW I the british empire was a leading nation followed by the germans, france and the young USA.
i think usa still leads but the edge is shrinking and it will never be like 40 years ago, except we have WWiii and europe is destroying each other again.
sry if i sound provocating. its just my answer to some comments i ve read.
actually my attitude was pretty pro american (innovativ, fancy, marshall plan, close to europe etc.) until bush and trump was elected.
and i feel sorry that usa cant handle the violence.
What does include the cost of living in this video? Renting an apartment in the german capital is about 800$ for 80 square meters (861.113 square foot). In the states a similar apartment would cost more 3000$. The Rent difference alone covers double the Cost of living! How can 11% difference be real? ...unless most americans live in a shoe box. Maybe the cost of living is not comparable without taking quality of living to account....
Wow, the liberal bias in this video is very apparent.
I'm a conservative and I very much would like to see more electric vehicles, however I don't see how that would alleviate our dependence on oil. Liberals are against nuclear energy and fraquing, which leaves only coal and oil. Those batteries have to be charged somehow.
Also, electric motor technology has never been a problem. It's battery technology that needs to be innovated.
Two keys America can learn from. German government invests in education, apprenticeships, etc while students are still in high school. They then have free college. The industries invest in their workers, keeping them happy, and they face consequences if people are let go.
Germany pays less for healthcare, allowing them to invest money in other directions. Germany also has a national healthcare system, so people never have to worry about getting sick, having to go to the hospital, and having to pay tens of thousands.
America, on the other hand, does NOT invest in education or apprenticeships, technological training, or college. While we have free public schools, the education quality varies greatly from one school to the next, one neighborhood to the next. Americans have to get federal loans in order to attend college, and the average person graduates with $35,000 in debt.
German government is more efficient and in tune to the needs of its citizens. America is more corrupt and completely out of touch with its citizens. American pays more than any other country in the entire world for healthcare, yet they don't receive quality care. In Germany everyone has access to quality healthcare. In America 35 million people do not have access to healthcare.
Fast forward to 2020...Hey guys... everything is going awesome in Germany! .so now let's import millions of low skilled Muslims who hate us and pay for them on the taxpayer dole forever and replace the white population. Because it's just the right thing to do! Oh hey wtf...how did out country get rekt?
I just hope, that some day americans understand that social democracy is just the way to go providing higher quality of life for everyone and as we see a stronger economy. economic liberalism is just unfair, doesnt even give many people a chance and make lives harder! God theres just so much wrong with american politics
They really weren't.
Most big german companies like Krupp, Rheinmetal and most heavy industry were founded between 1860 and 1929. Bayer for example much earlier.
The NS-Regime tried to portray it like they build up These companies from Nothing when in reality they just rebuild them after the Depression.
American exports are around 1,5 trillion a year? I somehow find that unrealistic! Do we not consider entertainment, food, technology and other industries exports? Each of these is a multi trillion dollar industry! American entertainment... movies, video games, TV programs, social networks, online sites..etc! Food.. soft drinks, snacks, restaurant and fast food chains...etc! Technology.. computers, cellphones, internet, software..etc! Each of these American industries is worth more than all of Germany's exports!
The difference between the cost of living, which you say is difference of 11% in favor of the Germans, and per capita income for the the two countries is not comparable. There is close to a 30% advantage in income for the Americans.
Well, I don't understand why refugees are bad for the economy in Germany. With them Germany get's more and cheaper workers, also Germany has a bad birthrate. The refugees can compensate this bad birthrate.
It's funny that Germany and many other European countries are known as Socialist countries when in fact they are very much Capitalist countries in how they produce revenue. They are just Socialist in how they spend it.
Take away successful Capitalist companies like Mercedes, BMW, Siemens, Volkswagen and Porsche and the German economy would collapse entirely.
"unorganized countries that are run by corrupt and incompetent socialists". Hahahah, thats funny. If you replace "socialists" with "right wing extremists" then you have the exact picture of what people here in Germany think about the US.
I mean seriously:
- shootings every day with thousands of victims every year and still fire arms are not banned?!
- according to another infographics video, the US have one of the worst school systems in the world because they spend 600 billion on military and only 40 billion on education
- no mandatory health care for everyone
- almost no free / uninfluenced (by political parties or companies) mass media compared to the rather high quality public broadcast system here
- and we may also have some idiots in our government, but the US elected the biggest egocentric, capitlist psychopath they could find as their leader...
If you have enough money, life in the US may be great (better?) than in Germany. But for the vast majority there is really no competition here.
Its funny the people around the World see the US sociality breaking apart cause of their Totality Fascistic Capitalism and the Americans say the Germany Social-Capitalism is a fail while its working Great XD
what a bunch of nonsense, is the same comparison between japan and germany. people think germany beats japan on economic growth. but lets be serious germany is the leader of the EU which is 28 countries. it is fair to say germany benefits greatly from the eu while america has the best location sitting on a lot of natural resources germany sacrifices its eu allies.
many eu members are tired of german control, they watch their countries fall while germany gets richer is a recipe for disaster.
big difference in the tax system and healthcare. Here in getmany you pay like 25% average of your income and you have paid the house healthcare the goverment etc while in america you pay that ammount only for the goverment
Community pharmacists are the health professionals most accessible to the public. They supply medicines in accordance with a prescription or, when legally permitted, sell them without a prescription. In addition to ensuring an accurate supply of appropriate products, their professional activities also cover counselling of patients at the time of dispensing of prescription and non-prescription drugs, drug information to health professionals, patients and the general public, and participation in health-promotion programmes. They maintain links with other health professionals in primary health care.
