I did the 20 minute Yoga workout today for the first time and it was great. I have health issues and was worried would I be able to finish the whole workout and I did. I really enjoyed it I felt a little more flexible and I hope it helps with relieving some of my pain. I will continue to do the workouts and give it a try the next couple of weeks to see the outcome but so far so good!!!!

I absolutely love this yoga routine! I have tried different videos in the morning and I keep coming back to this one with Cindy! She is an excellent instructor and I agree that she seems natural and that you're actually there with her! Thanks Cindy for getting me started in the mornings!
first time I ever tried yoga stuff I'll tell you ... it felt like playing that game Twister on extreme! lol I was tired before starting and looked so silly as my first time but i gave it my effort and now i feel so much better and actually revitalized! I can feel this nice cool sensation of relaxation now :D thanks!
It's on a somewhat beginner level. I remember trying to do this in the past, and I couldn't - but after doing some other beginner yoga videos on this channel, I can now do this one. I still basically melted with sweat though (gross lol).
This is my all time favorite flow. I do it every morning, and it almost gives me too much energy!! I love it. I have scoliosis, and this is gentle enough on my back that is doesn't leave me in pain, while still giving me a small workout.
Damn, I am quite fit and wanted to do this in the sunday morning coz I was feeling very stiff after a weak of workout in the gym, but while doing this I was sweating like a pig, especially during those warrior poses.
