nothing to do with this video personally but all workout channels in general(so dont take it as me bashing your channel cause i actually love this channel, its just something i think of and sure others wonder about too) none of the workout channels are realistic in a way, they always show men and women already with 6 packs and muscular that make it look easy, where as people trying to lose dont have the same strength in their core and the exercises arent that easy to do for them(chunky bellies in the way). and we dont see the progress or how long it takes to start toning/losing weight. anyone else ever think about this or just me?🤔 ... i know it was really hard for me to start crunches(back problems and chunky belly) but i forced myself to do them and other core exercises and its now stronger and getting easier to do.
Totally get what you are saying. I think these workouts on their own are good but only if they are coupled with other exercise like cardio/endurance or weight training. I do these workouts like twice a week and then on other days go for a run or cycling or for a walk. Of course it all depends on what you can fit into your week and remember something is better than nothing :-)
