If you're not flexible don't try this without warming up first! Also listen to what she says, don't push to the point of pain, only until you feel a good stretch. If you want to improve though, try going deeper on the third repetition of each prep move, using a long exhale while sucking in your stomach to stay in control.

Just started using this exercise 3 days ago. I've been doing it two times a day and i already SEE and FEEL MASSIVE improvements in my flexibility. Trust me, it works guys! You just have to be committed!! I'll do a weekly update.

I remember 4 years ago before I couldn't do the spits,but then I watch this video and after watching it once I got my spits.Then after that I Started reached everyday or every other day or even every week and now I have over split on my right side and flat spits on my left.

Ok so here's the deal: I have no flexibility whatsoever. It's painful just to sit upright with my legs straight in front of me and flat on the ground. My goal is to be able to do the splits by May which 8 months from today. 1) is this even possible and 2) Will this video be able to get me there and if not where can I find one that will?

Trying to become more flexible before my first ballet class next week! I’m already fairly close to the ground on all my splits, but I want to get them completely before I start ballet so I hope this helps!

For my midterm in movement I have to be able to do the splits. I have until December I’ll try and keep y’all updated. Currently I can’t even touch my toes without my knees bending so this should b fun🤠🤠

Here are my updatesss i do this once a day and twice when its weekends Day 1(Fri)- The workout wasnt really that hard and I've actually improved if i do it more. Day 2(Sat)- okay so im doing pretty well i guess, im still struggling with flexing my left leg tho

I have never done gymnastics before and I started to lean how to do the splits about 6 weeks ago and I was really bad and then gradually every day I do stretches and I was close to the floor but not amazing and after watching this video 2 times a day 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon I can now do the splits xx I have only watched this video for two day and I can do the splits xx thank you so much you where great help xx

I always found that putting my nose to my knee would help get my leg down to the floor. I know it's weird but It helps me. Hope I helped.

Challenge: Relatively bulky legs which make it seem like I'll never truly get the splits but been doing yoga on and off for 1 year. A little bit less flexible than Karina right now. 1-2 months to try and get splits. Will update.

OK, I'm going to post updates I don't know when I'll start, but I have never been able to do the splits and I'm gonna try start today and do the stretches 1-2 times a day So I have been doing this for 4 days once a day and I am now where the friend of the flexible girl is on the splits, I defineteluy feel more flexible so I think stretching has helped (I have sometimes just randomly stretched during the day as well) Ok so it's very strange yesterday I was super stiff and couldn't do many of the streches now today I'm super flexible it's very strange but I think it's working

My experience: I mean I was doing this exercise daily for like a month and a half, I improved at the very beginning quite quickly and got closer but after the first week I didn’t improve a little bit,I’m stuck at one possition plus the first time I did this my legs where sore the next day, but GUYS IT BECOMES EASIER WIHT TIME I WAS SURPRISED BEING A LITTLE LAZY POTATO TO IMPROVE, WORK HARD DONT STOP YOU WILL GET IT

Day 1: first of all ouchhh my god that was painful😂 but by the end my splits is already a lot closer to the ground :o going to keep this up 1-2 times a day!!
