#done #lucyssquad feel pumped! was not able to complete this when I first tried it a few months ago. Today I did two 4-minute HIIT workouts PLUS was able to complete this! Thanks so much for your inspiration and your so do-able workouts. Have been doing them for a few months now, and I have lost 20 lbs when combined with clean eating !

it would be fun try the memory one .I have liked the knowing ahead of time what exercise to prepare.not to hurt my injured knees but it could be fun. I am going to start using my simply fit board with for the in between free style exercise times.

This one had me sweating Lucy and honestly you kept me on my toes trying to keep coordinated with you, but I am out of breath and I loved it:) A memory workout would be great, I am 56 and somedays I go into the kitchen and forget what I'm there for!!! A few items here Lucy... Loved the workout!!! I can't believe you are in your late 40's; you are so lovely and beautiful and I am going to workout more now that I have seen how they help in health and beauty and brain! And I love your idea on numbering moves and then randomly calling them out during the workout. After a long day at work, this will be a wonderful and fun way to end the day instead of crashing on the sofa. Looking forward to the November challenge!

Great workout, Lucy, thanks so much! Eased me back in after a rough few weeks. Mind and Motorskills workout is an excellent idea. Helping people focus on the present, "be in the moment", is good for depression and anxiety treatment.

I have been on depression medication for about 15 + years but only since doing your workouts on a regular basis have I been able to say "I don't feel depressed". I didn't know that was even possible!

Hi Lucy, i was involved in a car accident two weeks ago where i sustained severe bruising to both legs and chest as well as a sprained right wrist and ankle. I'm suffering with stiffness in my legs and fluid retention. Prior to my accident, i was walking up to 3 miles everyday. Since my accident i have not been able to do any significant exercise. Can you recommend some gentle exercises to improve the soreness in my legs? I love your videos and look forward to hearing from you x
