Good to see that you changed for good. Having those weights will only lessen your life span and I admire your decision of lossing them once and for all. This will certainly inspire lots of people watching this video. That's the way to go. Being fit and healthy.
JordyAxe someone who loses that much weight will have so much skin that it will hang like a bag. Both these guys did well with their diets and workouts but they also both had operations to have their skin removed so that the skin around the abs is tight. Not a single person that lost so much lbs will have such a tight skin.
None white dude looks like he was paid to gain weight and loose it for this episode he wasn’t even that fat. If he was truly suffering from being obese stretch marks would have developed. I didn’t see any after he got fit again*
When I think of obese; I think of those people who have fat from belly touching their knees.
Seriuosly I want to lose my love handles. Im 190 5"8. And it is obese. Im not that suuuuper fat but i dont have the money to enroll to a gym and to buy super healthy foods. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance
We should stop body shaming . Instead of actually looking for improvement they should have learned to accept themselves and love being fat. And you need to stop sexualizing the male body. Man hating bigots .
to all fat fucks watching this, yes you're fat! the key to starting is to acknowledge that you're fat. Find no positves in yourselves, otherwise you'll think "nah not yet", you'll then get bigger and procrastinate later. Next step is to clear the bullshit in your schedules and get going. It's either "one day" or "Day one"
Hey I got the same. I was ice hockey player till my 20s. Then I got very toxic relationship. I got cheated on me and then I broke down. I put on weight. I am now about 250 lbs. I tried to lose weight a few times with no success. I feel ashamed, frightened and worthless. Anyway thank you for this story since I am going to try again.
Great job! I put on 80lbs between 34 and 47.went from 10% body fat to obese. Took me 3 years to get rid of it doing p90x3 and other Beachbody workouts. Not only do I have a six pack, but I’m doing small sets of Dragon Flags... at 50. Dam hard work in the beginning. Trainers never seem to understand that doing lunges when you are 80lbs overweight is like doing lunges holding 80lbs dumbbells.
They may be showing off but god damnit if I lost that much weight and gained all that muscle i would be showing off too...... but that asian dude seems desperate as fuck... like, shit bro sounds like someone hasnt gotten pussy in a while...
Why are people complaining about Eugene showing off? He worked incredibly hard to achieve the body that he has today and I feel like he has all the right to be happy with himself. If he wants to show it to everyone then that’s fine because he earned it. That’s just my opinion, no hate 😁
