I usually get the Spring Mix, prepackaged lettuces but most of the packages do not state that the lettuces have all these nutrients. Watercress? Haven't seen it in stores or farmer's markets. I do not use/eat anything that is not Certified Non-GMO/Organic. I stay away from the sugar beets altogether because that crop is produced to make GMO sugar, the white, granulated stuff. Sugar beets are heavily sprayed with all kinds of pesticides and herbicides. Not everyone should eat chard. If you have kidney issues? Chard is one green to stay away from and its probably due to the amount of phosphorous found in the plant. I'm just a health nut since 1990, is all.
