This is very true. When I eat good my depression seems to disappear but I stop eating greens and start eating hink food my depression comes back. It's amazing how good affects us and it's also amazing how oblivious we are to the truth. You literally are what you eat

Superbly made video 🙌 Just a side note, keep an eye open on what foods are marketed as high in omega 3 (as most vegetable oils), when most of them are only high in omega 6! You may want to avoid vegetable oils high in omega-6 😉

High glysemic foods cause mood changing. You feel like you have bipolar. Stop eating junky food, pasta and no caffein. You'll see your mood getting stable. I recommend "Mediterranean diet" .Just try 1 week you'll be suprised when you see the result. :)

it sucks that most of what here is said is not the truth truth, our brain actually works way better on fats as the source of fuel, especially on ketones, brain prefers ketones over glucose, but we keep on eating carbs so it has no other options than to use glucose that is in our blood, most of the nutritionist nowdays are so uninformed, it will change in upcoming years as more and more evidance come that we shouldnt be eating so many carbs, instead we should eat more good fats, if you wanna know more go search for keto diet and fasting in general and what the benefits are, ahh a head up there is a lot of anti keto information, most are based on old knowlegde and those are true but they are true for the time back then, the new technology show different results. Look for the recent studies, go to the youtube channel, 'what i've learned and watch his content' and also go to 'Thomas Delauer'.

300000 years we eat saturated fats, and they are more important than your omega 6, outdated information...... and glucose has a minor rule. our brain in the 300000 years consumed ketone bodies more than glucose.

Hey guys, can you check my video Food For Thought out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwI5Wjd-STk I'm trying to explain how mental health is a vital issue that needs to be resolved and accommodated to immediately otherwise it will progressively become worse. My belief is that this issue will continue to rise whilst individuals continue to consume unhealthy food, at the level that is occurring currently. Foods that can provide your body with the materials required to increase GABA levels within your body could be used to combat this. However, in my video I must highlight that I am not solely explaining that it is just GABA, but that GABA is one of many neurotransmitters that is involved as well as it's synergistic workings with glutamate.
